Adam Rose
Adam Rose is the founder of Rose Law Firm, P.C. His practice has focused for 25+ years on solving complex legal problems for successful companies—typically located in Oregon, Washington, or California.
Corporate Adam has substantial experience with mergers & acquisitions, ownership succession, corporate governance, fiduciary duty advising, ratifying defective corporate acts, and various other complex corporate matters.
Commercial Adam has assisted his clients with a wide variety of complex agreements, including—joint venture, licensing and distribution, manufacturing, transportation, commercial finance, and real estate.
Litigation Support Adam has also provided strategic and corporate law support on numerous litigation matters: equity owner disputes, business divorce, minority shareholder rights, derivative actions, corporate dissenters’ rights, securities, and computer crime litigation.
Work History Adam was a shareholder in the corporate practice group at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt PC (2007 –2012); and an associate at Stoll Berne (1997 –2004).
Public Speaking Adam’s work has been recognized around the U.S. and he is often asked to speak to business owners, lawyers, CPAs, and other professionals.
Awards Adam has been selected as an Oregon Super Lawyer (2022) and an Oregon Rising Star (2008, 2012, 2013) by Super Lawyers magazine (2022); as a recipient of the Portland Business Journal‘s “Forty Under 40” Award (2011) and selected as a National Merit Finalist (1990).
