Bruce Knivila
Bruce Knivila is an experienced corporate attorney who brings more than 30 years of experience as outside counsel to his clients—providing corporate and commercial legal advice, transaction guidance and contract formation support for successful companies of all sizes—ranging from lower-middle market to Fortune 500 companies.
Bruce has spent his entire career based out of Oregon—serving in both large and small law firms. Although practicing from his own independent law firm, Bruce has worked as an integrated member of the Rose Law Firm team since 2019.
Commercial Agreements. Bruce’s experience encompasses a broad cross-section of agreements for numerous industries, including Joint Venture, Licensing, Distributor, Supply, Manufacturing, Lease, Facility Management, Operations, Management, Procurement, and Public Contracting agreements.
Corporate Agreements. Bruce is also experienced with a range of corporate transactions--joint ventures, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, stock sales, operating agreements, option agreements, family ownership succession, and other change of control agreements.
Administrative & Regulatory. Bruce has experience representing companies in administrative and regulatory proceedings.
Litigation. Bruce also has experience supporting commercial litigation (including commercial transaction disputes, shareholder disputes, bad faith and misrepresentation claims, and trade disputes), real estate disputes (including commercial leasing), and appellate law.
