Don has been involved in significant real estate and financing transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties, construction lending, mortgage lending, property management agreements, refinancing and development. Don’s experience includes transactions ranging from negotiation of residential purchases and sale to development and leasing of high-rise office buildings, office parks, shopping centers, and industrial parks. Don has handled environmental matters with properties located in Oregon, Texas, New Jersey, Florida, Tennessee, and California.

As a trial attorney, Don has represented clients and tried cases in matters relating to business and contractual disputes, business divorce, construction defects, real estate equity, real estate lending, landlord/tenant, environmental issues, lender liability, ERISA, class actions, and securities.
