SELMA WILLIAMSSelma Williams

Paralegal

Selma joined Rose Law Firm in 2021.  She started her career working at the King County District Court and then moved on to the private sector. With over two decades of experience in the legal field, Selma is a senior Paralegal and a strong contributor who supports our attorneys in complex business litigation disputes and transactional matters. She manages electronic and documentary evidence, drafts and files legal documents prepare for depositions and trials, and helps our attorneys in every aspect of their cases. Selma also supports the firm’s transactional department, providing a wide range of assistance. Selma continues to expand her knowledge and experience through research and seminars. In her previous paralegal roles, she gained experience in litigation matters involving employment law, domestic relations, criminal, collection, immigration, environmental, and insurance defense. 

 

JON HOLLOWAYDr. Jon Holloway

Paralegal

Dr. Jon Holloway joined Rose Law Firm in 2018 and is a paralegal for the transactional attorneys. Jon is excited to be part of such a high-achieving, knowledgeable and supportive team. Jon is also a freelance horn player and teacher living in Portland, Oregon. He holds a Bachelor’s of Music in Music Education from the University of Nevada, Reno, as well as french horn performance degrees from both New York University and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he was a student of John Lenz, Joe Anderer, and Bill Bernatis respectively. His doctoral document, Efficient Strategies for Playing the Horn, has brought him acclaim in the area of brass pedagogical techniques, a subject about which he is most passionate. This passion has given him an active teaching studio, where he gives private lessons to players of all ages.

Notably, Jon performs with The Newport Symphony, where he holds the position of third horn. He also has performed with Symphony Tacoma, Boise Philharmonic, Las Vegas Philharmonic, Portland Columbia Symphony, Nevada Ballet Theatre, Nevada Opera, One World Symphony, and the Vancouver Symphony and has performed in venues such as Carnegie Hall, Symphony Space, the Smith Center, and more.

A proud member of The International Horn Society, College Music Society, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity of America, Jon is a Conn-Selmer Performing Artist in the area of Holton Horns. Dr. Holloway performs on a Holton 105 model horn.

Amna’s legal experience spans concession agreements, public-private partnerships, public procurement, and project financing. She has represented syndicates of lenders, private parties, and government agencies, applying her legal acumen to large-scale initiatives that demand a deep understanding of both legal frameworks and industry standards.

Lee Zaidi is a seasoned paralegal with specialized expertise in U.S. Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Privacy Law. Her professional skills are centered around conducting classification searches, managing trademark applications, and drafting precise legal responses for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO). In addition to her intellectual property work, Lee is proficient in contract drafting and has a strong background in SOS business formation, ensuring compliance and proper legal structuring for businesses. Her comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape makes her an invaluable asset in both corporate and intellectual property law settings.

Laura Worley

Office Manager 

Laura Worley has been a vital member of Rose Law Firm since 2016, bringing her extensive experience and institutional knowledge to her current role as Office Manager.

As the Office Manager, Laura ensures that all administrative functions within the Firm are seamlessly coordinated. She is responsible for overseeing the Firm's logistical operations, including managing physical meeting spaces and coordinating with external partners in IT, marketing, and finance. Her role is central to maintaining the smooth operation of the Firm, allowing the legal team to focus on delivering high-quality services to clients.

Laura's deep understanding of the Firm’s processes makes her an indispensable resource. She is the primary point of contact for any administrative inquiries, ensuring that both internal and external needs are met efficiently.

For clients and third parties, Laura is the person to reach out to for any questions or concerns regarding administrative matters. Her proactive approach and dedication to the Firm’s success make her a trusted and reliable partner.
