About The Firm:
Rose Law Firm is a boutique law firm in beautiful Lake Oswego that offers big-firm quality with small-firm customer service. Our firm offers a wide range of services both as transactional lawyers and as litigators within the practice areas of business transitions and succession planning, corporate, real estate, executive compensation, tax, and estate planning.

Overview of the Internship:
Rose Law Firm is offering a remote, unpaid Summer Legal Internship for law students currently enrolled in a U.S. law school. This internship is open to students located anywhere in the United States and is designed to provide substantive, project-based legal experience in a fully remote setting.

Interns will work under attorney supervision and gain exposure to both transactional and litigation-related matters, while observing how a modern law firm delivers legal services in a flexible, distributed model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal research and writing.
  • Review of contracts and other legal documents.
  • Support for litigation and transactional matters.
  • Discrete, substantive legal projects under attorney supervision.

Key Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a U.S. law school (any year).
  • Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote professional environment.
  • Reliable access to technology required for remote work

Additional Information:

  • This internship is unpaid and educational in nature.
  • Academic credit may be available, subject to the student’s law school requirements.
  • Interns are expected to maintain standard working hours aligned with U.S. Pacific Time.
