Bruce Knivila is an experienced corporate attorney with more than 30 years of experience as outside counsel. He provides commercial legal advice, transaction guidance and contract formation support to his clients. Bruce has spent his entire career based out of Oregon serving in both large and small law firms. Bruce has worked as an integrated member of the Rose Law Firm team since 2019.
